I love novelty. Like a child likes a new game or a new toy. Is almost obsessed with it. And then the novelty wears off and it is no longer new - not that it will be forgotten. It just lies there amongst another pile of not-new-anymores until the day we find it again... and realise how wonderful it was. But we can never enjoy it as much as we used to.
