How can someone be so nonchalant about everything in their life? He says he wants this and this and that but then the conversation never includes how he'll achieve it.

Well I'm over it. 'I don't know' is not an accepted answer in any real test so why should I accept it as a real fucking answer? It is the answer of people who hate making decisions, and people hate making decisions because they can never commit to any decision they make. In other words, useless people.
